The room was very large and comfortable. With 4 people in the room, we were not tripping over each other. Very quiet when sleeping.We had breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby which was excellent and staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay there again when coming to Pittsburgh.
Arrived about 45 minutes before normal check-in time (3:00 pm) and would not let us in the room. However, even though check-out was noon,they were banging on our door at 9:30 am to see if we were ready to leave to clean the room. Not happy about that.

The breakfast was delicious and included, which was a nice perk. the location was fantastic for us—really close to PPG Paints Arena where the Penguins play, and also near lots of shops and restaurants. 🏒.

The staff was friendly and always available, the location was fantastic and within walking distance, and there was an in-house restaurant nearby for convenience.

The hotel is located in a good area for getting around Pittsburgh.
The reservations were incorrect and the staff blamed Booked.net. The staff in general was rude. Little accomodations were made for our inconvenience of incorrect booking. The room was small and 1 bed for 4 people. I had my correct reservation in hand and they claimed in "not valid" since it was not booked directly with the hotel.

The location - we went for a Pittsburgh Penguin Hockey Game.
We had booked online for a King Bed room and they tried to give us a double -Paying for parking at a hotel also bothered us. The bar could not make a pina coloda or a mojito, yet they are classified as a bar. I was disappointed in not being able to have a drink that I enjoy.

The bedding was very comfortable and the decor modern. I liked that the hotel bar was open late and the buffet breakfast was very good.
The road construction around the hotel made it extremely difficult to reach. We had to bypass out of our way and circle twice before reaching the entrance. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and worked a block from the Marriott City Center for years, so I can only imagine how one unfamiliar with the area would have been confused by the construction. A disclaimer should have been put on the reservation concerning this!
